Warranty Policy

1. The product is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. For quality issues of the product itself (such as circuit faults, premature aging of the light source, loose structure, etc.), free repair or replacement of parts services are provided.
3. During the warranty period, if the same fault still cannot be used normally after two repairs, a product of the same model can be replaced free of charge (if production is halted, a product of the same price can be replaced).

Not Covered by Warranty

• Products beyond the warranty period;
• Damage caused by improper use by the user (such as voltage mismatch, private disassembly, collision and dropping, water ingress and moisture, etc.);
• Faults caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes and other natural disasters);
• There is no valid purchase voucher, the information on the warranty card has been altered or does not match the product;
• Products that have been repaired at non-officially authorized service points of the brand.
